PLA
Versatile, precise and available in FORM3D’s broadest selection of finishes and colours.
PETG
A practical step up for functional parts that need toughness and chemical resistance beyond basic PLA.
TPU
Flexible elastomer-class material for seals, bumpers, grips and parts that must bend or absorb impact.
Polycarbonate
A higher heat and toughness option for demanding functional parts — selected when PLA/PETG thermal limits are not enough.
Nylon
Engineering polyamides — including fibre-reinforced grades — for tough, wear-capable and structurally demanding parts.

- What file format do I need to get a quote?
- Upload your 3D file in the quote tool, up to 100 MB per file. The quote tool lists the accepted formats and checks your file as soon as you upload it.
- Do you ship outside of Ontario?
- Yes. We ship across Canada with a tracking number. Delivery time is build time plus transit to your province, and the quote tool shows an estimate before checkout.
- What if I only have a physical part, not a CAD file?
- We offer 3D scanning and reverse engineering for exactly this situation. Contact us with photos or measurements and we will recommend the best path to a printable or manufacturable digital model.
- How do I know which material is right for my part?
- Our Materials Library compares every available material by strength, heat resistance, flexibility, and surface quality. If you are unsure, start with our Design Guidelines or reach out and we will point you in the right direction.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. NDAs are available on request, and files are transferred encrypted.
- What tolerances and part sizes can you print?
- Typical FDM accuracy is ±0.3 mm or ±0.3%, whichever is greater. The single-piece build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger parts can be sectioned and assembled after review.
